I followed the next steps and now it works:

<ol><li>Open games app BB official app.</li><ol><li>Close it</li></ol><li>Open music BB official app</li><ol><li>Tap the lower left three dots overflow icon</li><li>touch BlackBerry World. </li></ol></ol>Now it works for me.
