read

1. Download the android sdk
2. Install google usb drivers for the device
3. Copy the contents of your Official Image inside of the platform-tools folder of the android sdk (sdk/platform-tools)
4. Run:

fastboot oem unlock

4. search the install script inside the official image that you downloaded and run it.
