Steps

1. Don't do this... don't let Microsoft force you to use and pay for their software...
2. Really, think about it.
3. Now, ¿Do you really want to?

1. Ok, so... right click over the file > Open with > Other
2. Use custom command and write the next command:

 playonlinux --run <type>  

<type> values are: 

• doc/docx - "Microsoft Office 2007"
• xls/xlsx - "?"
• ppt/pptx - "?"

Example

 playonlinux --run "Microsoft Office 2007"
